Who and what this policy covers.

This policy applies to all employees, consultants and partners of Oasis Technologies Asia and covers all operations across our services, including:

Environmental Responsibility

We recognise the environmental impact of digital operations and are committed to reducing our carbon footprint.

Our Commitments
  • Prefer cloud service providers with carbon neutrality or renewable energy commitments (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Promote energy-efficient coding and digital solutions to reduce data load and energy use.
  • Encourage remote work, virtual meetings, and paperless processes.
  • Reduce e-waste through sustainable procurement, recycling, and extended equipment life cycles.
  • Recommend green hosting and carbon-conscious IT architecture to clients.

  • Maintain whistleblower protection, anti-corruption, and conflict-of-interest policies.
  • Maintain transparent reporting and stakeholder engagement through ESG disclosures.

Stakeholder Engagement

We engage with clients, partners and regulatory bodies to align our ESG practices with industry expectations and contribute meaningfully to Singapore's Green Plan 2030.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Our ESG Committee (or appointed champion) shall review progress annually.
  • We aim to publish a sustainability statement or GRI-aligned ESG report by 2025 / 2026.
  • ESG goals will be embedded into our internal KPIs and client delivery frameworks.
Section 08

Review Cycle

This ESG Policy shall be reviewed annually or upon significant changes to business or regulatory conditions.
