Oasis Technologies Asia Pte Ltd ("Oasis", "we", "us") is a Singapore-incorporated company providing web development, AI development and technology consultancy services. Registered office: 5008 Ang Mo Kio Ave 5, #04-09 TechPlace II, Singapore 569874.

We collect personal data you voluntarily provide through our contact forms, enquiries, newsletter subscriptions and engagement contracts. This typically includes name, business email, phone number, company name, role and project requirements.

We also collect technical data automatically through cookies and analytics tools — IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and referral source.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with sub-processors under written contract for hosting (AWS, Cloudflare), analytics (Google Analytics 4), email delivery (Postmark), CRM (HubSpot) and accounting. All sub-processors are vetted for PDPA-equivalent safeguards.

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact. Contractual data is retained for 7 years to meet IRAS and ACRA record-keeping obligations. Marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn.

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we ensure recipients are bound by data protection standards comparable to PDPA, through contractual safeguards or recognised certification schemes.

We apply industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest, role-based access control, audit logging and quarterly security reviews.
